How it works
Post it. Someone taps.
You sort it out in real life.
TrustUp handles the signal. The conversation stays between you.
Start a CirclePost a need, or an offer.
Name what you need or what you can offer. Pick a type — need, offer, resource, event — and post it inside your Circle. That's it.
Someone taps to respond.
People in your Circle see it and respond with one tap. No negotiation thread. No group chat exploding. Just a clear signal that someone can help.
You sort it out in real life.
Text, call, meet up — whatever works. TrustUp's job is done. The app steps out of the way and the two of you handle it.
For physical resources, TrustUp extends into real spaces — lockers, kiosks, and sharing pods that connect to the same Circles your community already uses.
What you won't find here.
TrustUp is deliberately limited. No feeds to scroll, no ratings to worry about, no pressure to perform. Just the people you already trust.
Common questions.
Who can join a Circle?
Anyone you invite. A Circle can be friends, neighbors, volunteers, or people sharing a space. You decide who belongs.
How do responses work?
Someone sees your need and taps once to respond. Then you two take it from there — call, text, meet up. The app gets out of the way.
What's visible to whom?
Only your Circle members see what you post. Nothing is public. Nothing goes to a feed.
What happens after someone responds?
You handle it however you want. TrustUp doesn't manage the exchange. You do.
