SMS preferences

Text message preferences

Manage how TrustUp communicates with you over text. None of this is required to use TrustUp — sign up, post needs, respond to neighbors, all of it works without a phone number on file.

How to opt in

  1. Visit trustup.org/optin, or open Settings → SMS Preferences in the TrustUp app.
  2. Enter your mobile number.
  3. Check the box for each type of message you want: account alerts and coordination updates, and/or occasional product news.
  4. Click “Save preferences.” Your consent is recorded with the date and time you submitted it. Only the message types you checked will be sent.

Consent is not a condition of using TrustUp. You can update your SMS preferences or turn them off at any time by returning to this page, or by replying STOP to any TrustUp message.

Message frequency varies based on activity in your Circles. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support. You can also email us at hello@trustup.org any time.
