Our Promise

If we ever change ownership, your Circle remains private. We will notify you 30 days in advance, and you will always have the right to delete your data before any transfer.

Trust Up is designed to support care coordination in trusted groups — without public feeds, advertising pressure, or marketplaces. We collect only what is necessary to operate the Services and keep them secure.

We do not collect sensitive personal information.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we automatically collect limited technical data such as:

  • Browser type

  • Usage timestamps

  • Device identifiers
  • Operating system and app version
  • IP address
  • Approximate location (based on IP or device settings, if enabled)

This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

Information from social logins

If you choose to sign in using a third-party account (such as Google or Facebook), we receive limited profile information as permitted by that provider. We use this information only to create and manage your account.
