For libraries, schools, and community spaces exploring shared coordination.
Place-based coordination (pilot)
In select partner locations, Trust Up supports place-based coordination pilots that connect digital coordination with trusted physical spaces.

Some partners pilot physical coordination points—secure pickup spots, check-in areas, or designated exchange zones—to simplify handoffs in trusted locations like schools, libraries, and community centers.
Why these pilots exist
Even with good communication, coordination often breaks down at the "last mile." Missed pickups, confusing handoffs, and the logistical burden on staff can create friction that stops help from happening.
We are exploring how dedicated, secure spots can remove this friction—making handoffs simpler for everyone involved.
Example pilot formats
Secure lockers for 24/7 access in community centers.
Kiosks or displays that show what's available nearby and where to go—no inventory tooling.
QR codes at pickup spots so people know where to go and what's there.

About these pilots
These are partner-driven pilots. They are adapted specifically for the needs of each site and community.
Trust Up is not a hardware vendor. We partner with organizations to implement these solutions as part of a broader coordination strategy.
Relationship to Trust Up
Trust Up is the core coordination software. Physical infrastructure is an optional expression of that coordination—supported by Trust Up, but not required for the app to work.
Trust Up handles the signal; physical spaces handle the exchange.
